Here are some very useful commands in the Microsoft Office Suite that you might not know yet. Apparently, I just learned this things this past week. Hence, the title of this post.
The ‘Send to’ command
Why haven’t I noticed the ‘Send to’ command back then?
If you, my reader, aren’t aware of this helpful tool, CHEERS, for you are not alone.
At least you’ve learned something new, right? Gone are the days of tedious copy-pasting and formatting.
The ‘Show Desktop’ alternative
Windows Logo + D
This is the keyboard shortcut for the ‘Show Desktop’ command. Usually, the ‘Show Desktop’ icon is in your Quick Launch toolbar. But if you can’t access it using the mouse for some reason (if your PC got “hanged”), this is pretty neat.
I’ll add more to this, later perhaps.
EDIT: I forgot to add to this already. HAHA! These are from Thea.
To easily access the Windows Explorer, all you have to do is to press the Windows Logo + E. Saves time and bits of energy (especially if your computer is functioning abnormally slow and if it wouldn’t respond immediately to mouse clicks).
To refresh seemingly idle webpages, press F5. This also works for refreshing your desktop (the traditional right-click on desktop and ‘Refresh’).

Hello!
How are you too? Things are pretty much okay here because my summer term ends in a week.
Yeppie, I know those shortcuts too! I’m really glad to take up ITM11 because my computer literacy improved 10 times (or more! HAHA!)
Send my regards to all.
